Raised in New York and a graduate of Cornell University, Hani Aldulaimi has been living and focusing on Real Estate in Arizona since 2002. While working with Chevron Corporation, Hani was involved in new business acquisitions, asset management, and real estate development of service stations and retail centers in the Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas and Southern California markets.

He has represented tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in locating and negotiating office, retail, industrial and land sales and leases. Hani also has expertise in the areas of multi-family investments, gas station/cstore/car wash sales, 1031 exchanges and investor relations. He is a KWEV Agent Leadership Council member, an active investor and developer, licensed residential and commercial general contractor, 2020 WeServ Commercial Chairperson and founder of the Commercial Petroleum Group.

Hani has been integral in over 800 projects with a value of over $500 million. He is committed to utilizing the latest technology, market research and business
