Chelsea is a Phoenix native - one of the rare ones! She grew up in North Phoenix and attended Arizona State University to study Landscape Architecture and urban planning. Chelsea graduated college Magna Cum Laude in 2009 with a Bachelors of Science in Landscape Architecture an a minor in Urban Planning. In 2010, Chelsea began working for a boutique commercial real estate & development company in Scottsdale as the Marketing Director for both Ross Brown Partners and MainSpring Capital Group. Chelsea's responsibilities included marketing and maintaining an inventory of over 50 industrial and office spaces for the firm that specialized in landlord representation.
In 2012, Chelsea attended the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business and obtained her real estate license and shortly after that, she moved to Keller Williams to begin her solo career in residential real estate sales.

Chelsea was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2013 for her outstanding work ethic and closed sales. Since then, Chelsea has built the Anderson Signature Team. The mission of AST is to provide unparalleled insights into the real estate process and the real estate market so her clients feel comfortable, confident and empowered to make fast decisions to sell, buy AND invest in real estate while providing a top tier customer experience inspiring loyalty and advocacy and generating real financial wealth for those empowered, loyal clients for years to come.
